| 1 - (i) उमेदवार मान्यताप्राप्त मंडळाची माध्यमिक शाळा प्रमाणपत्र परीक्षा किंवा तत्सम परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण केलेली असावी. आणि (ii) उमेदवार मान्यताप्राप्त विद्यापीठाची वाणिज्य, विज्ञान, कला, विधी किंवा तत्सम शाखांचा पदवीधर असावा. | |
| 2 - उमेदवार माध्यमिक शाळा प्रमाणपत्र वा तत्सम किंवा उच्च परीक्षा 100 गुणांचे मराठी व 100 गुणांचे इंग्रजी विषय घेऊन उत्तीर्ण झालेला असावा . | |
| 3 - उमेदवाराकडे शासनाचे इंग्रजी व मराठी टंकलेखनाचे प्रत्येकी किमान 30 शब्द प्रति मिनिट वेगाची परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण केल्याचे प्रमाणपत्र असावे. | |
