1. Educational Qualification – For SSC JE Recruitment 2024 of Junior Engineers (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Electrical & Mechanical), Required Qualification – Degree / Diploma in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering And Required Two-Year experience in the respective field.
2. Age Limit – For SSC JE Recruitment 2024 of Junior Engineers (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Electrical & Mechanical) – Age Limit 30 / 32 years for all the posts. Candidates belonging to reserved categories are granted age relaxation in accordance with government regulations.
3. Nationality – An applicant must be a citizen of India, Nepal, or Bhutan. Someone from India who moved to India from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, or Vietnam with plans to stay there permanently.

SSC Junior Engineer Selection Process 2024
The selection process for the Junior Engineer (JE) examination administered by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) encompasses a structured series of three fundamental stages. SSC Junior Engineer Exam Pattern 2024
The SSC JE Examination will now comprise two papers, namely Paper-I and Paper-II. According to the updated SSC JE Exam Pattern, both Paper-I and Paper-II will be conducted online as Computer Based Examinations. Beginning this year, Paper-I will also be conducted in an Objective Type format online. In Paper-I, there will be a revised negative marking of 0.25 marks for every incorrect answer.
