1. Educational Qualification – Applicants must have finished their 12th grade from a recognized Board or its equivalent.
2. Age Limit – Candidates should be aged between 18 and 27 years.
3. Nationality – An applicant must be a citizen of India, Nepal, or Bhutan. Someone from India who moved to India from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, or Vietnam with plans to stay there permanently.
