Ordnance Factory Bhandara Selection Process 2024
1. Candidates will be selected based on marks from the NCTVT exam and the Trade Test/Practical Test, ranked in order of merit.
2. The Trade Test will be held at Ordnance Factory Bhandara and is worth 100 marks.
3. A merit list will combine marks from the NCTVT exam and Trade Test/Practical Test.
4. Marks weightage: 80% NCTVT exam, 20% Trade Test/Practical Test.
5. Qualified candidates will be called for Document Verification in order of merit.
6. A combined merit list will be made for AOCP-trained candidates from Ordnance Factories and other institutes for Table A vacancies.
