About Maharashtra Home Guard Recruitment 2024
The Directorate Home Guard is recruiting for 9000+ positions across the 34 districts in Maharashtra. The candidates who have passed the class 10th grade and are between 20 years and 50 years old can apply. Those with physical disabilities or a criminal background are not eligible.

Maharashtra Home Guard Allowance 2024
The Following allowances has provided for home guard bharti 2024 –
- Home Guards are appointed for events like elections and festivals, earning Rs. 700 per day with a Rs. 100 gift allowance.
- During training, they receive Rs. 35 as a personal allowance and Rs. 100 as a sustenance allowance, along with a weekly drill allowance of Rs. 90.
- After three years of service, they are eligible for a 5% reservation in the police, forest department, and fire brigade.
