| Candidates must have completed Class 12 (under the 10+2 system) with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, securing a minimum of 50% marks. Mark sheets and pass certificates for both Class 10 and Class 12 (with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) must be uploaded for applicants in the Medical Laboratory Technician categories. |

| 1 - Candidates must have passed Matriculation or its equivalent (under the 10+2 system) with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks from a recognized board, and 2 - hold a National Trade Certificate (ITI) in the specified trade issued by the National Council for Vocational Training, or a Provisional Certificate issued by either the National Council for Vocational Training or the State Council for Vocational Training. |
